The career Counselling Cell of Aditya College of Engineering and Technology is formed to facilitate students t0wards Their Career opportunities. The carrier counseling cell is constituted with the chairman, coordinators and faculty members with college students. The career counseling cell (CCC) offers engineering graduates academic and various career paths. The focus of CCC is to provide training and learning opportunities in career paths related to social, personal development. This helps to prepare the students to meet future challenges and goals. This cell provides student’s information about competitive exams and upcoming technologies. Career counseling cell organizes the orientation sessions, awareness programs related to competitive exams, government jobs to students
Functions

5. Organize guest talks by eminent industry persons for career assistance.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Guiding students throughout the program to assist them to focus on the correct abilities, readings, and exposure that will help them create their profile for university admissions as well as their professions
2. Assisting pupils in determining their areas of interest and ability
3. We provide current information on various job options, courses, colleges, and current career trends.
4. Assisting students in gaining access to and filling out paperwork for universities in India and abroad and encouraging them to start the process early so that they do not miss the deadline.
5. Organizing meaningful and engaging career fairs for students at the institute. Faculty members and members of the senior admissions team interact with students to inform them about the numerous courses and career opportunities available worldwide.
6. There will be an introduction of specialized short-term courses to develop soft skills and leadership qualities.
7. Career/Job/Scholarship/Academic information is up to date.
8. Students are thoroughly prepared for industry and universities. We are a portal to higher education with a strong industry connection.
